Honorable Managing Director achieved ‘Jayita Searching Award’ in district level.
Our Managing Director Mrs Kamrunnahar Lucky achieved District Jayita Searching Award for the ‘Successful woman in Economy’ category. She achieved the Jayita Searching award in Begum Rokeya Dibosh in 9th November 2019. She became one of a pioneer of empowering women in the economic sector by establishing Nobabee Footwear Limited in the Netrokona District. The majority of workers are female in Nobabee Footwear Factory. The female workers came out from their only household chores by her inspiration of her to prove their abilities to the outer world. She set up a footwear factory in 2019, including compliance facilities for the workers. She offered necessary training to the female workers to be proficient in the workplace. They are already able to produce 100% export-oriented Espadrilles (Jute shoes) and jute handicrafts. Their products are already be appreciated in the European continent and Western side. Her message to establish empowerment within women of the unprivileged area has reached there . Now female artisans can dream of being free both in socially and financially.
